Slitting Line
Tube Mill Division
We have started manufacturing of refrigeration tube in 2009.
We have 04 ERW tube mills in which we produce the tubes in 8, 10 & 12mm dia, which can be further drawn/processed into size 4.00 MM , 4.20 MM & 4.76 MM, depending on the requirement.
Draw & Annealing Division
In this division, we do further processing of tubes being manufactured at Tube Mills, here we cover operations of draw & annealing. We have facilities of 18 draw benches and 15 Annealing lines in this area.
Leak Testing Division
In this division, we do Leak testing of each coil for ensuring that there will be no leakage in coils by putting dry air in minmum 45 kgs cm2
Plating Division
After annealing, we do either copper plating or zinc plating depending on the requirement of customer. In this division, we have 01 Copper Plating unit with 04 line and 03 Zinc Plating unit with 10 line.
Air Flushing / Revinding / Nitrogen Filling points:
After platting, we filled each coils with N2 and both end of coils sealed to ensure positive pressure in the coils till it reaches to customer end before use.
